Ichan brings over 25 years of rapid growth, enterprise software, operations, sales, business intelligence and analytics experience having worked with both established and pre-IPO companies. He has been responsible for building and managing his company’s rapidly expanding customer base including market share growth, revenue generation, and business development activities. He is widely recognized for his deep business knowledge and ability to help many organizations with growth strategies, technology innovation, improving operational performance and establishing best practices to drive high growth and increase shareholder value. Currently serving on the board with North Texas Angel Network (NTAN), Ichan is an active angel investor, advisor and mentor to startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Prior to co-founding Crunch Data and CrunchBot AI (both acquired by QlikTech), Ichan founded Accolade Advisors and previously worked for leading worldwide high-tech software organizations including Brio Technology, Hyperion Solutions, Oracle Corporation and QlikTech. Ichan also previously worked in the professional sports industry for the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, Oakland Athletics, San Francisco Spiders, Atlanta Knights and the San Francisco 49ers radio network.

Ichan graduated Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University where he was awarded GSU’s Academic Student-of-the-Year for outstanding work and contribution. Ichan grew up overseas on a U.S. Army military base (Camp Zama) in Japan and currently resides in the Dallas area.
