Randy Johanneck has more than 37 years of financial, audit, and risk management experience. He is a retired banking executive, having worked at Bank of America, Bank One, JPMorgan Chase, Comerica Bank, and Wells Fargo. While the first half of his career was in the internal audit function -- specializing in capital markets, asset & investment management, and finance & treasury functions -- the second half of his career was directing risk management services for the asset & investment management, private banking, brokerage, and personal & institutional trust businesses. Randy also served as a chief operating officer for these businesses, responsible for sales and strategy, product management, wealth planning, operations, and risk management.
Randy is a business and computer science graduate of The University of Washington and also serves on the board of directors for The DEC Network and Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. An avid golfer, he and his wife most enjoy spending time with their daughters and grandsons.
